New window for updates

For application administrators, we have created a new window from which the application administrator can make updates on activities, machines and other information.

• Timekeeping Tariff Update - update the timekeeping tariff for a certain activity and for a certain period of time.
• Activity Update - changing the price on a certain activity, depending on the type of internal or external price and optionally updating the timesheets taking into account the newly defined prices.
• Tariff Update - price change for a combination of Activity + Culture + Stage + Variety for manual work and Activity + Culture + Stage + Variety + Brand + Machine for mechanized work and, optionally, updating timesheets with newly defined prices.
• Farm Equipment Update - offers the possibility to add used machinery on several farms, or even complete replacement from the original farms to the selected farms.
• Close Jobs - You can close jobs automatically on a particular farm or on all farms, if the job end date is between the start date and the end date selected in the utility.
• Update plot jobs - you can update the jobs and reports if there have been changes on the plots.
• Delete timesheets - you can delete the timesheet for employees for a selected period of time.

Google Maps

• We have added the ability to use Google Maps as well.
• We have added a switcher for the map type display option - Open Streets and Google Maps. The application administrator has the option to choose one of these options.

Coordinates import

In order to give as much freedom as possible to the application administrator, from now on the import of coordinates can be done directly by the client. This means that the administrator can create new plots in the system on his own, without having to resort to vendor support.
